More Than Asana

Being so much more than the physical aspect of āsana practice, the different methods and types of Yoga offer the opportunity for a holistic approach to a more mindful, compassionate and kinder way of living, interacting and sharing this life’s journey – becoming more involved, yet less attached.

Meet Lucrezia

Very passionate about animal rights, communication and relationships, embodiment and healing practices, and Yoga in all its forms and aspects, Lucrezia seeks to create and provide safe spaces, where everyone is met right where they are at on their journey.
Offering tools and practices to remember our common true nature and follow our dharma, not by negating our humanity, but by learning to appreciate and use it as our given vehicle towards liberation.
Journeying towards a kinder and more mindful way of living.

Lucrezia is a 300HR certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher, an Usui and Karuna Reiki Healer (Grand Master level) and recently completed Module 1 in Thai Yoga Massage training with Johannes Vogt.

“We are all just walking each other home.”
– Ram Dass

My Offerings

Whether you want to focus on the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual aspects of Yoga, below you will find some of my offerings:

The journey to Yoga – Unity or Union – can be depicted as many different paths leading up a mountain, and, eventually, reaching the same summit: Samadhi, bliss, liberation; resting in unconditional Love.

As Ram Dass famously quoted, “We are all just walking each other home.” And it would be my honour and pleasure to accompany you on your journey, providing a safer space for reflection, unraveling and growth.

No matter if you’re looking for vigorous āsana practice, Kirtan chanting, deepening your meditation practice, or wish to take the relationship to yourself and other beings to a deeper level, diving into the Yoga of relationships and mindful living – I’d be happy to walk with you for a while.

Guided by the ancient scriptures and teachings, I seek to find a way to apply the versatile tools and practices of Yoga to our fast western lives. Finding myself in the lineage of and being greatly inspired and supported by the Jivamukti Yoga Method, as well as Neem Karoli Baba (Maharaj-ji), his devotees, such as Ram Dass and Krishna Das, Haidakhan Babaji, and – from the Buddhist Mindfulness tradition – Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.

Elaborating and providing ways to navigate through our lives in a conscious and mindful way, I aim to create spaces for finding ground, stability and developing tools to support ourselves on and off the mat.

Wherever you may be at, I am looking forward to sharing the space with you!

Honoring the light within each of us, from my heart to yours,

Namasté.
